Join the Zoom video call at the scheduled time to meet your Listener. They are there to listen and support you during your 30-minute conversation. 
This person is there for you. They’ve been trained to listen empathetically using the same theories and practices studied by counselors and therapists, but they are not a mental health professional and not a replacement for therapy.
Instead, think of them as a really good friend, teacher, or grandparent who is simply there to listen to what’s been on your mind.
